The basis of my massage is relaxing massage.
I combine relaxing massage with (if desired) pressure. I change the pressure during the massage. Alternating vigorous massage and soft massage makes the massage dynamic. If you indicate it before the massage, I can massage locally very vigorous (for instance back, neck, shoulders).
Usually my massage brings you to a state of deep relaxation.
Deep relaxation triggers the self-healing power.
Lying on the massage table you have a beautiful view of the clouds/sky/stars through a large skylight.
I use great relaxing music during the massage, but you can also bring your own favourite music.
